To reset your password:

Note: The reset link expires in 24 hours
Yes, you can delete your account at any time:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Settings → Account Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be deleted.
Subscription & Payment
You can cancel your subscription anytime:
- Go to User Center → Subscription
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Yes! We support multiple subtitle languages:
- Click the "CC" button in the video player
- Select your preferred language from the list
- Subtitles will appear immediately
Available languages include English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and more.
Content & Features
Yes! Premium subscribers can download content for offline viewing.
To download:
- Open the movie or show you want to download
- Tap the download icon
- Select video quality
- Access downloads from "My Downloads" in the menu
Note: Downloads expire after 30 days and require re-downloading
The number of simultaneous streams depends on your plan:
- Basic Plan - 1 device at a time
- Standard Plan - 2 devices at a time
- Premium Plan - 4 devices at a time
You can register unlimited devices, but streaming is limited based on your plan.
