  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Settings → Account Settings
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your decision

Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be deleted.

Subscription & Payment

You can cancel your subscription anytime:

  1. Go to User Center → Subscription
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. Select "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm your cancellation

You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

The app is available for iOS 17+ and Android 18+

Yes! We support multiple subtitle languages:

  1. Click the "CC" button in the video player
  2. Select your preferred language from the list
  3. Subtitles will appear immediately

Available languages include English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and more.

Content & Features

Yes! Premium subscribers can download content for offline viewing.

To download:

  1. Open the movie or show you want to download
  2. Tap the download icon
  3. Select video quality
  4. Access downloads from "My Downloads" in the menu

Note: Downloads expire after 30 days and require re-downloading

The number of simultaneous streams depends on your plan:

  • Basic Plan - 1 device at a time
  • Standard Plan - 2 devices at a time
  • Premium Plan - 4 devices at a time

You can register unlimited devices, but streaming is limited based on your plan.
